Working Principle

  • Standard: JESD22 A105C, and AEC-Q100
  • -40°C to +125°C with excursion time of 20 – 30 minutes between extremes
  • Unit will be power on and off during the test

Technical Information

  • Determine the ability of a device to withstand alternate exposures at high and low temperature
  • Simulate worst case conditions encountered in application environments
  • This is destructive and only intended for device qualification
